The Pickle Project is the passion project of our good friend Ports. An ex-chef who now spends his days in the garden fermenting bold, crazy, and completely unexpected flavours. Based in Koroit, this will be our third event together, and it’s set to be the wildest yet.
Expect weird, wacky, and wonderfully creative flavour combinations designed to challenge both the palate and the mind. This collaboration will be delivered over an expected four-course experience, with each plate bringing something surprising, playful, and unforgettable.
